Music Program
The congregation of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church is blessed to have a Chancel Choir and a Handbell Choir, both of which are conducted by Mr. Jim Williams, Music Director.
Both musical ensembles are open to all who wish to volunteer their time and talents to this much-treasured aspect of Bethany's worship services.
The Chancel Choir meets weekly for rehearsal, on Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm. Handbell Choir meets on a more limited basis for rehearsal, on Tuesday evenings at 8:00 pm (immediately following Chancel Choir). The Chancel Choir sings a featured anthem and helps to lead the congregation in song at each regular Sunday morning worship service. Chancel Choir rehearsal is held in the church lounge and Handbell Choir rehearses in the sanctuary.
The Handbell Choir performs on special occasions during the church year.
